Measurement

When the dashboard and the bank disagree.

Attribution and conversion tracking rebuilt so the number you optimise against is the number finance sees. This is where every engagement starts, because optimising against broken data is guesswork with a budget attached.

The usual

How measurement quietly breaks.

  • Every platform claims the same saleAdd up the conversions each channel reports and you get more revenue than you actually made. Nobody can say which budget to cut.
  • Consent and iOS ate the signalA third of your conversions never make it back to the platform, so the bidding is training on the customers who happen to be easiest to observe.
  • The agency measures its own workThe people reporting on performance are the people being judged by it.
How it runs

Three steps to one number.

  1. 01

    Audit the stack

Tags, server-side setup, consent, deduplication and the gap between platform reporting and what the bank sees.

  2. 02

    Rebuild

One event schema, server-side where it earns its keep, consent handled properly, and platform data that reconciles with your back end.

  3. 03

    Hand it over

A reporting view the founder and finance both trust, plus the documentation to keep it true after I leave.

The difference

An agency or someone independent.

FAQ

What it costs, and how long it takes.

What does a tracking project cost?
The audit is a fixed €8k–€12k over two weeks and includes the written remediation plan. Implementing it alongside the channel work runs €12k–€20k a month.
How long does it take?
Two weeks to know what is broken and what it is costing you. Four to eight weeks to rebuild it, depending on how much sits in your own back end.
Do we need server-side tracking?
Often, not always. It earns its keep when consent or iOS is eating a real share of your conversions. If it is not, the same money is better spent elsewhere, and the audit says which case you are in.
Is this GDPR compliant?
It is built to be, with consent mode and server-side handling done properly, and I work against your data protection officer's requirements. I advise on the setup, I do not give legal advice.
Do you replace our agency?
Not necessarily. Plenty of engagements start with me fixing the measurement so the agency you already have can be judged on real numbers.
